I met with Devynn's parents a few months ago to begin planning her Hello Kitty and Friends themed 1st birthday cake. Devynn's mom explained she had picked up lots of Hello Kitty character tote boxes and were going to be using them for centerpieces and decor around the party. And to match the boxes, she wanted to create mini cakes in each character!
We created 48 mini cakes made up of Hello Kitty, My Melody, Bad Batz Maru, Keroppi, and Tuxedo Sam! And a larger version of Ms. Kitty herself was made for their cake topper. Each mini cake is a round 3-inch size and perfect for individual servings or parents sharing the cakes with their little ones. For the flavors, Devynn's mom chose our Yellow Butter Cake with Fresh Strawberry Cream filling and Devils Food Chocolate Cake with Cookies N Cream filling.
