Over the weekend we made this XBox 360 cake for my sister's boyfriend Matt to celebrate his graduation from the University of Hawaii. Graduation season kicked off on Saturday May 15th when over 2,000 people graduated from UH. You can read about the graduation here. Matt was among the Class of 2010 graduates to walk the line and received his Bachelors Degree in Business Finance. To celebrate Matt's achievement we made him a sculpted XBox cake complete with a controller and replica of his Avatar. Matt is an avid XBox player and Call of Duty (COD) enthusiast so it seemed fitting to snap a picture of his cake in front of the COD launch poster. The XBox cake was sculpted out of Devils Food Chocolate cake with Cookies N Cream filling and his Avatar was made of edible sugar paste. (His avatar reminds me of Neo from the Matrix. lol.)
Well, Good Job & Congratulations to you Matt!! Before you take a step out into the job market, do you wanna play Xbox? GAME ON!!
